After touring the country with their pizza van, Rachel and Lisa set up shop on the shorefront of Margate, with almost immediate success. Thanks to their passion for quality and Food Shopie backgrounds (award winning chef and restaurant critic), they have received endless praise for their outstanding pizzas.
Sunday Times listed it in the top 25 UK Pizzerias. It has also featured in the Observer, Telegraph, Time Out and Red Magazine. They use British, seasonal produce as much as they can. Their sauce is homemade and slow-cooked and their dough is made to their exact recipe (it took three months to perfect).
