Hush Heath is a gorgeous, award winning vineyard based near Staplehurst in the Weald of Kent, established by entrepreneur Richard Balfour-Lynn in 2010. You can visit seven days a week to take a self guided tour around their vineyards and apple orchards followed by a tutored tasting without charge. They’re open 11am to 5pm.
