Run by Mark Sargeant, one-time head chef at Claridge’s, the sleek glass structure is cantilevered off the harbour wall and provides a sophisticated addition to this seaside town. Dishes include Lobster & Salmon Pasty, Cucumber Cured Mackerel and Potted Dungeness Shrimps.

Love this little book!!! Such a great gift to give someone and I even got one for myself. If only I'd seen these when I first moved to Sussex but I now make great use of it in discovering new places :). Will definitely be buying some of the other counties as we holiday around the UK
