Hailed as one of the country’s finest seafood restaurants, Whitstable Oyster Fishery Co is based within a former oyster store on the seafront. Tracing its origins back to the 1400s, it is one of the oldest companies in Europe, with a long, rich history of farming the famous Royal Whitstable Native Oyster.
In the 1850s, the company was sending as many as 80 million oysters a year to Billingsgate market in London. Fresh oysters are their speciality with other seafood dishes including classics such as Cod and Chips and Chargrilled Razor Clams. The food is kept simple with an emphasis on quality ingredients.

I brought this as a stocking filler and was so impressed I brought myself one. It's really nicely laid out with lovely photos. I've tried a couple of the pubs and looking forward to seeing more of Sussex over the summer months.
