2. Our Products
We sell books, guides, maps, gift bundles and related products.
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, small variations may occur between product images shown on screen and the item received, including differences in colour, finish, packaging or presentation.
Any props, backgrounds or lifestyle items shown in product photography are for illustration only unless clearly stated as included.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your basket.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:
a product is unavailable
payment has not been authorised
there has been a pricing or product description error
we suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity
delivery information is incomplete or incorrect
If we cancel an order before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to amend prices, offers, discounts and product availability at any time.
Discount codes and vouchers:
are subject to their own promotional terms
cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
have no cash value
may be withdrawn or amended at any time
If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
courier or postal service disruption
severe weather
seasonal demand
incorrect delivery information supplied at checkout
events outside our reasonable control
You are responsible for ensuring your delivery details are correct before placing your order.
Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.
Additional charges may apply if an order has to be re-sent due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must then be returned to us unused, in resaleable condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund where returned items are damaged, used, incomplete or not in resaleable condition.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
7. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please include:
your order number
clear photographs of the issue
photographs of the packaging
a short description of the problem
Where an item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will offer a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We may limit quantities, withdraw products, amend bundles or substitute packaging where necessary.
Where a product or bundle component becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you where appropriate to offer an alternative, refund or cancellation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photography, branding, logos, product images, graphics and design, belongs to Best of England or its licensors.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not grant any rights to reproduce, resell, scan, copy or commercially exploit the books, images, maps or other materials supplied.
